Tony Richards
Tony is the President and Founder of the Tony Richards Leadership Academy, a nonprofit organization providing education and leadership development for people on the autism spectrum. He served six years as the President/CEO of Impact Dakota. Based in Bismarck, Impact Dakota is a manufacturing extension partnership program through the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Tony is an author of four leadership development books and is a motivational keynote, workshop, retreat, and webinar speaker specializing in leadership, attitude, strategy planning, and board governance. He has worked with small organizations and Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
Tony holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in management and a Bachelor’s degree in anthropology. He is an Adjunct Professor of with the University of Louisville and currently serves on various ministry and nonprofit boards throughout the United States.
John Tucker
John has over 29 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, most recently as a Vice President of Manufacturing Operations.
Throughout his career, John has held a variety of positions providing him with a wide range of hands-on experiences leading to a wealth of knowledge. He has incorporated his skillset into operations of any size and coaches both individuals and groups from multiple levels within businesses. He has worked with organizations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to that, he traveled and lived abroad (in Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand to name a few). All these cultural experiences help to enrich John's ability to provide differentiated strategies to meet the needs of his clients.
John currently serves on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit providing education and leadership development for those on the autism spectrum. Previously, he served as the Vice Chair, then Board Chair, for Impact Dakota, a Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) whose mission is to strengthen and empower U.S. manufacturers.
